Your thermostat is like the brain of your AC system. If it’s not working properly, the whole system might suffer. But don’t worry, WEDO can help with that.
This is an indication that something is wrong and the unit needs to be serviced.
This is a common issue that can arise due to various reasons, depending on your system. If you’re experiencing this, give WEDO a call today before it gets too hot.
“If you’re getting little to no airflow from your vents, it’s a sign something’s up. Don’t sweat it, though—just give us a call at WEDO, and we’ll sort it out for you.”
If you hear any unusual noises coming from inside your unit or through your vents, that’s a sign something’s not right. Don’t wait—shut down your AC immediately and give us a call. We offer free inspections! Whether your unit needs repairs or a replacement, we’ve got you covered.

‘Does my AC need Freon, and how often?’ The simple answer is NO! Your AC shouldn’t need Freon unless there’s a leak. If a company charges you for Freon, that’s a red flag! If you’re charged for Freon, you should also be charged for fixing the leak.
If you notice moisture around your AC unit, give us a call. It could mean you have a Freon or water leak that needs immediate attention.
Here are some unit options you might be interested in, or curious to learn more about:
Split System: We offer central air conditioning systems, featuring a furnace and cooling coil inside your house, with a condenser located outside.
Package units: We provide central air conditioning systems with ducts, where heating and cooling are combined into one unit typically located outside your home, often on the roof.
Mini-Split – Heat Pump: We offer air conditioning and heating units that don’t require ducts, perfect for smaller spaces like garages or ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units).
What is a SEER Rating ?
When considering new air conditioning units, it’s crucial to look at the SEER rating. Understanding and researching SEER is key, as many HVAC companies will push you towards the highest SEER-rated unit, which also comes with the highest price tag!
So, what does SEER mean? SEER stands for Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio. It measures the annual energy consumption and efficiency of the unit’s cooling ability in typical day-to-day use.
A higher SEER rating means the unit will use less energy when in use. In Chino and the surrounding area, CA law requires new installs to have a SEER rating of 14 or higher. Before 2006, the requirement was a SEER of 10 or higher. So, if your AC was installed before 2006, upgrading to a new system could result in significant energy savings.
